Got around 465k in museum and 125k in brewery and neither popped

@DetectivBananas to fix my teamwork achievement, I deleted my local save data and loaded the game up unsynced. This didn't make me lose any progress. However the tip to doing this usually in games is to do this in one sitting then reload the game and choose Cloud Save data to restore your old data.

It didn't appear to make me lose any progress though anyway, but I managed to unlock my achievement first try so maybe give that a shot!

I just got it with $82K in the brewery.

I joined a match in the prison and this achievement unlocked at the end. I was really thankful for the other players who tried to attempt this. But when I looked at the statistics, only one player did 20,000 property damage, while the rest did none. I think this is one of the many achievements in this game that could get the Buggy+ flag. Or there is simply not enough of value in the prison.

I just got this (unexpectedly) in the prison, just by destroying a few of the big glass display cabinets on the ground floor, and their contents. Had been mainly destroying things towards the "panes of glass" and general destruction achievements...

Shot each cabinet a few times until it was totally destroyed. I don't think I'd got all of them, but not sure as it unlocked just as the game was finishing unexpectedly early. Was playing solo, so I think the usually unhelpful AIs had won the game for me. 🙃

Same as the others said, i was going for the panes of glass so destroyed all the glass cabinets windows and items inside and got this achievement in the end. I'd tried museum multiple times prior to this.

Hmmm, sounds like this achievement is looking for a certain percentage of the value you’ve destroyed versus the total map value, so go to a map with very high value things I guess?
