The best place to farm chests is an end game mission map called "Kenchanaraya Ruins" in which spawns the most chests that I've noticed.

I'm pretty sure that only counts the brown chests.
I am getting 150+ counting both every day, i have more than 1000 and still no cheevo.
Force your count only on Brown ones.

In the map mentioned above you get easy 30 chests. Also it is a better location to farm hell tickets due to the stone guardians and towers that spawn. The usually spawn as an elite which drops the tickets. The sewers is nice because its a straight line but it isn't as effective.

Am farming for tickets and the 'sewers' mission location give 15 to 20 chests per run along with 800 to 1000 tickets. loads of enemies and tons of money. Been farming that place for 4-5 hours, got 15,000 tickets, am level 157 with over 400k of gold. Nice place to combine farming everything you need.

In response to Cladofi mentioning that the green chest don't count, I can confirm that they do.

I just got the achievement and it popped immediately after I opened a green chest.

Anyone able to unlock this recently? I have been trying and got and finished hellgate 8. I farmed this level the whole time for hell tickets and would habe to he over 1k chest I would think.
