How to unlock the You've Reached The Right Number achievement in Ghostrunner 2 - Definitive Guide

What I did for this was load up the level Mindgames with the upgrade chip that doubles the combo meter. A short way into the level you can kill everyone who spawns and end with an 18x combo. Note that this achievement cannot be obtained on the Motorcycle, it has to be on foot.
