These are enemies weilding 2 blades and honestly remind me of the dashing enemies that had swords in the first game. Unlike that game, all you need to do is hit the block button when you see a white flash from their swords. There is a tutorial that this happens on for level 3, however this does not need to be consecutive. You'll probably get this without meaning to.
