I’d advise waiting until you beat the game so you’re equipped with some good upgrades (mainly the shuriken). Play the first level using just your abilities, it’s easy enough and very short. I just ran through it using only the shuriken and not using the blade at all (some people report blocking may void this achievement so just avoid blocking as well to be sure).

Do it at level 1 with reflection chips. You can parry melee soldiers closely - it does not count as a normal attack.
