How to unlock the You're Starting To Get It achievement in Ghostrunner 2 - Definitive Guide
There’s a cheese method for the two no dying achievements. Whenever you die just respawn and then back out to the main menu. Then click continue and your death will not have counted. You can toggle on the death counters to confirm that you have 0 deaths.
The best option for this cheevo is to attempt your first no death run on the second level of the game: Will Bushido Allow it?
Here, you'll only need to complete the boss fight and a small platforming section between the first and second phase of the battle.
The best tactic for success here is to be overly aggressive. The first section of the fight can be finished in seconds if you stay near the boss and sword mash. You may need to back off for a moment if you see him about to smash the ground which will send out a circle of damage that the player needs to hop over.
After completing the first phase you'll find yourself a few platforms away from the central boss stage. Block and make your way to the platform ahead. Take cover and allow your energy meter to fill again before blocking and stepping out to wall run prior to grappling back to the arena will prevent the tracking projectiles from hitting.
During the second phase, if you have the Decoy ability use it whenever you feel the boss pressuring you too heavily. Otherwise, stay aggressive but back off if you see the ground smash coming or if he starts his multi part swing combo. If he's about to overhand smash the ground but is still actually standing on it and not jumping, position yourself behind him and lay into his back. When he jumps in the air and hovers for a moment you'll know his tracking blades are coming again. For these, it's best to dodge out and around the projectiles in a semi-circle. Otherwise, you'll be stunning him with your partners blaster and grappling to them as needed.
As a further note I wouldn't recommend grappling during the second phase if the tracking projectiles are on the field as they seem to hit more often than not if you're mid gap jam.
