How to unlock the A Grade achievement in Ghostrunner - Definitive Guide
NOTE: This achievement can be unlocked by doing the first level of the base game deathless (though per KUZI22 you might have to delete your save data if you want to get the achievement this way). IT DOESN’T SEEM LIKE ONE MORE LEVEL HAVE ANY INTENTION OF PATCHING THIS OUT, but if you want to do this the intended way, check the main guide below.

This is perfectly obtainable on a fresh file, but if you want to get this out of the way quickly I would recommend waiting until you get your last batch of upgrades before doing this, as said batch includes (imo) the most powerful upgrade in the game, across both the base game and DLC.
The upgrades for this build are the following:
This build allows you to keep up your Shield very often; one kill after losing your Shield will reactivate it. As for using Relentless to its fullest, I would recommend jumping most of the time, as it'll give you a good and consistent speed boost. Due to this build, none of the combat encounters are that bad (and I'd argue they're not that bad in general) however if you're struggling with the electric platform section, there is an alternative (albeit risky) method to get through: wall run on the sides of the platforms. (I'd put in a visual representation of this but I've had two clips of it go kaput here now so you'll have to practice it yourself. Sorry.)
Miscellaneous tips to round this off:
EDIT (5/4/22): Clips seem to have went kaput for some reason, have removed them and am gonna see on recording some replicas. —————————————————————————————————————————
EDIT (8/4/22): Put in a replica of the second clip and keeping the text as a replacement of the first as I don’t think the clip is required; worst case scenario is having to fiddle the pieces for like 2 minutes at most.—————————————————————————————————————————
EDIT (10/5/22): Second clip went kaput again, removed with a note that you'll have to practice it yourself instead.

The upgrades for this build are the following:
- Raging Dash (dash recharges faster while you are Enraged)
- Dash: Extra Charge
- Rage: Relentless (the faster you move the slower the Rage Meter decays)
- Shield: Secondary Reactor (Rage Meter is reset to 30% (instead of 0%) when the Deflector Shield is hit)

Miscellaneous tips to round this off:
- Use Hel's Surge during Sensory Boost to use it more accurately (I would only recommend using it in the final combat encounter though)
- You can skip the first two combat encounters after taking care of the shield drone
- For the unaware, if you activate Sensory Boost while in sight of a Splitter (the enemy that splits into 5 versions of itself when you get close), you will notice one is shaded in red. The shaded Splitters are the real ones, just dash to it and you can take it out without hitting any of the clones.

This is not unlocking for me. I have done the this level multiple times without dying and no achievement. am I missing something or is this bugged for other people too?

First time I’ve heard that, got no idea. You sure you never restarted from a checkpoint (that gives you a death automatically)? May also be helpful to turn on Gameplay Counters if you haven’t to be 110% sure.

The most difficult dlc trophy, the level is much longer than the first level of the main game. It's better to get the trophy after completing the dlc, when all the upgrades are unlocked
