To win, you need to reflect her blows with the right rhythm. Visually, the moment of reflection can be seen by the yellow flash on her sword. After each hit, she will jump on platforms and throw waves of energy. Just get there and parry again. Each time the series is different, but not random. It's not difficult to remember.
