If you don't get this during the story like me you can grind it out in less than 5 minutes.

Load up the first level and equip the Deflect: Boost and Deflect: Reflect upgrades. Follow the level until you reach the first enemy. He'll be on a platform below you and facing away, a wall run will be to your right. Wall run to the enemy's platform and stay as far to the right as possible. Basically against the wall and as far from the enemy as possible. If you get too close you'll just slice him with your sword. With your crosshair on the enemy, time the deflect and kill him. It may take some attempts to get the timing right but shouldn't take too long. Reload the checkpoint, rinse and repeat until you unlock.

Simply find and basic shooting enemy equip the mod to deflect, stand there facing the enemy pull the attack button at the right time to shoot it back. Can be farmed at a check point with an enemy close by if you die just go back or continue playing the game with the mod on to get points towards the achievement here and there.
