Thicket Talismans are made available in Chapter 2 as you return to KK’s safe house and cost 1K meika at a store vendor that sells consumables.

Thicket Talismans can be bought from stores for 1,000 meika after returning to KK’s Safehouse in Chapter 2. This talisman can be thrown on the ground to create shrubbery that you can hide in to avoid detection from Visitors. For this achievement you will want to throw one at a Visitor so that you can get behind it and perform a Quick Purge while inside the shrubbery. This can be a bit finnicky as sometimes you can perform a Quick Purge on a Visitor and it won’t register, so if this happens you will simply have to try it again until it does.
If you don’t want to spend a lot of meika on these talismans, you can instead simply make a save before using a talisman and reload afterwards, as progress will carry over reloads.
