I'd recommend either keep a notepad file open and mark off what you eat/drink, or keeping at least one of each in inventory. What I'm doing is if I have a multiple of a food/drink, I set that as my quick eat cn_Y option, so I don't accidentally consume something I only have one of.

The Coffee Milk that's listed as in
1) bathhouses, not sure how common they are, but pay attention when you're on the Deep Cleaning side mission as you can collect two bottles of the coffee milk then. Mission is unlocked fairly early game, found in the Namita Shrine blue outlined location, just to the west of the actual Shrine.
2) Side Mission "Fear them all" in the Northwest corner. You can go to the vendor after you finish the side mission as well. [Thanks TheProwlerKing]

You can also buy the coffee milk inside of the school just before the ending of the schools final mission.

Is that a 'main chapter mission' Har Middigo, or a side mission? If it's a side mission, are you able to let me know the name of it so I can add to the guide (and confirm location if I'm able).

The achievement popped for me without me ever having acquired a Coffee Milk, so that might not actually be necessary. If it was added as part of the Spider's Thread update, they probably didn't change the achievement to require it.

You don't actually have to eat or drink them all either , just acquire them.Dont forget the stall with just one item , that what I needed, the achievement popped after buying the food.

If you have a hard time finding where to find a specific item, you can just the search function for the item here (https://mapgenie.io/ghostwire-tokyo/maps/shibuya) and it shows the store / location on the map.

I can't speak for Coffee Milk, as I had it, but you definitely don't need to consume the items, just buy/obtain. I went to specific nekomata shops for the Karaage, Taiyaki (both on the road at Shiroyama shrine), and Okonomiyaki (Pork) (South of Akitsu Shrine), all in the bottom part of the map, and I finished the achievement.

What a POS ach. Pure RNG for the white bag related food items. Found a video with a great little route tho and also if you back up from where the vid starts beyond the Moving truck by the green/white striped cones there is another bag on a bike. Save before and it's 5 bags to farm quick and easy.

A lot of food items can be found in discarded shopping bags, or, in the case of nether variations of food, floating about the place. Others can be bought at nekomata vendors, some with specialist stalls that sell only a single type of food. There are 50 types of food and drink to collect, and the vast majority you'll find hanging around. Be sure to stop at any and all nekomata shops and stalls to purchase food and drink items, then keep track of what you've found so far in the 'Consumables' tab of the Database.

There are 50 types of food and drinks in the game, all you need to get for the trophy. By the end of the game, I had one dish left from random city ones that I couldn’t get, search tips:
1) grab all the packages you see during the passage
2) buy food and drinks from vending machines
3) you can spend 500 currency units in temples to get 4-5 servings of food (random)
4) at the end, if something is missing, find a place where there are 2 packages of food nearby, save, open, load again (the contents change every load)

In my case it was tea with milk. The shrine in the Utagawa shopping district can be purchased from a shop.

I don’t know, maybe there were 50 species at the start, but as of April 19, 52 species are needed.

It took a long time to find a good place for food packages to appear. In the video there is a place with 4 guaranteed packages. Before checking the packages, be sure to save .

I couldn't find the oden dish throughout the game, but in the end it was found near the Morite Shrine. The rest dropped out naturally as the game progressed.

Drink machines, food in bags, food scattered around the location.
To get the missing food/drink, you can make a donation to the donation box and it will give out 10 different foods.
