How to unlock the In Sync achievement in Ghostwire: Tokyo - Definitive Guide
You obtain the Wire In ability in Chapter 2, during a point towards the end of the chapter.
You can actually get it right where you earn it and stack another achievement on top of it for grabbing the cores of 5 enemies at the same time.
Just after the cutscene
, you will have control of the character and a Wire In tutorial will appear, try to move forward before it happens to get closer to the visitors.
You can activate it with + , the initial shockwave type effect can stun some visitors if they’re close, try and get 5 with exposed cores, so for any that don’t succumb to the shockwave, just attack them with Wind attacks until they are exposed. Once there’s 5, grab their cores simultaneously by holding at a distance far enough so that you don’t accidentally grab a single one up close, and the achievement is yours.
Now, if you fail, you still have 9 more chances to get your 2-in-1 achievements. Reload the auto save, the achievement will still track for the 10 Wire Ins, making this super easy and fast.

It's probably worth pointing out that the little sideways-"p"-shaped thing next to your health bar is the resonance gauge. If it's orange, you can wire in. I don't know if I simply missed that during the tutorial but I only realized it when I explicitly went for this achievement.

@jrod39 I must of missed that as well - now that helps alot :-) & @Cryptic#5867 Thanks for the autoload idea :-) I got the 5 cores on my 1st try now gonna reload 9 more times & grab this one as I hate waiting lol THANKS
EDIT: Also perfect place to grab achievement **Go for the eyes** (20 headshots with the bow) as there are 3 to 4 guys with heads and can pull out your bow while they are in slow mo

You can farm this achievement at the end of chapter 2 where you’re taught it, no need to make a manual save before since the game auto saves before the lesson begins. If you don’t feel like reloading your auto save then natural game progression will reward you. Simply click in Left and right stick to activate wire in. Requires a lot of enemies defeated to charge the meter

There's a point during the story where you'll learn how to 'Wire In'. This is basically an ultimate ability that slows time and enables you to whittle down enemy health with far fewer shots. Activated by filling a circular orange gauge next to your health, to Wire In, you'll need to click in the and buttons simultaneously, then feel free to go nuts. This ability is also very useful for unlocking the 'Go For the Eyes' and 'One Fell Swoop' achievements. Wire In ten times by filling the gauge and then activating the ability, and enjoy that little achievement pop sound.

In general, if you play on the easiest difficulty level and you do not need this resonance, then you can gain its full supply, make a save and activate it. Then we download and activate again.

Here, as in some other games, there is nothing complicated, the essence is the same. According to the plot in Chapter 2, before the liberation of KK, we save in the temple. After cat. scenes we are asked to apply "resonance". Apply, reboot, and so on 10 times
