How to unlock the It's All Thanks to Yokai achievement in Ghostwire: Tokyo - Definitive Guide

Obtainable in Chapter 2 one of several side missions, located by a large field in construction that is gated. Speak to the ghost outside.

You simply just need to keep your distance from the enemy when tracking and crouch up to him once he stops moving. Press LT to cleanse him, once complete you will unlock the achievement.

Also if this is your first side mission you will unlock that achievement as well

Magatamas are upgrade items that you can acquire by defeating a special enemy called a Yokai. These Yokai can appear in story missions later in the game but you can also find them during sidequests. To check if you can obtain one just check the sidequest rewards and it should say "1x Magatama". Most of the early quests have a magatama reward.
