For this achievement, you need to unlock all skills that are not part of the DLC.
But here is another achievement linked to the skills coming from the DLC.

If you want to do this in a single playthrough, there is no choice but getting max level (55) and collecting all KK's note to have enough skill points to trade.

There is a total of 28 notes to collect:
- 20 from the base game
- 8 additional notes

Note: If you did not find the note during chapter 5, you will need to beat the boss again in order to access the small house (behind you as soon as the boss fight is over) and collect the note. If this is the last one you need, then you get the last skill points and last skill to buy, and you get the achievement.

I was missing the notes from the Tulitorbucks building, I'm just glad I have multiple saves as it didn't unlock first try.

To clarify. The note in Chapter 5 is after the cut scene where you see the Tokyo Tower. Once the cutscene ends turn left and go into the shop/building. It’s in the back room.

I have all skills from all 3 tabs and unlocked On-The-Job Training achievement. This achievement won't pop. What am I missing?

Missed this on my first play through despite being level 55 synergy. There are 3 tabs within Skills - Abilities, Ethereal Weaving and Equipment. Off the top of my head I maxed out Abilities and Ethereal Weaving , but ran out of points on Equipment. I unlocked the On the Job achievement for unlocking all newly added spirit skills. Can someone tell me what I need to unlock from these three tabs. I am already having to play this a second time and don't want to mess it up again!

Any help would be gratefully received!

**UPDATE**
Ok, got this to unlock on my 2nd play through.
In the skills section unlock all 16 Equipment upgrades.
In the Ethereal tab DO NOT unlock the three skill trees to the right hand side of the screen (wind elemental charge rush, water elemental charge rush and fire elemental charge rush - the initial one of these three unlocks automatically I think)
In the Abilities tab unlock everything EXCEPT the four upgrades to the right which are from top to bottom Perfect Block Counter, Dodge, Ground Pound, Aerial Quick Purge).

If like me, you finished the game with max synergy level, all KK investigation notes and all spirits, you’ll be missing 20 skill points to finish this trophy. In chapter 5, BEFORE YOU ENTER TOKYO TOWER, you’ll battle a boss. After finishing this you’ll be back in the area before the tower, look to your left and there’s a shop stall with two vending machines outside. Enter this building and on your left on a table is a hidden KK Investigation note “The Hyakki Yako”. This should get you the last 20 points you’re after.

If you're collecting spirits and dutifully transmitting them via payphones, then you'll rack up plenty of XP towards unlocking Spirit Skill Points. You'll need about 60-65% of the spirits scattered across Tokyo to reach the maximum Synergy Level of 50, granting SP with each level. But, to acquire the remaining Skill Points, you'll have to locate KK's Investigation Notes – collectible files tucked away.

Using the Sleuth Beads, you can use Spectral Vision to track these down, although there is one that you could miss near the beginning of the endgame area. Be sure to have the Sleuth Beads equipped to make sure you grab it. You'll also need all 40 magatama to gain access to certain skills – see the With Their Powers Combined (15G) achievement for more on this.
