How to unlock the Savior achievement in Ghostwire: Tokyo - Definitive Guide

The parades are some of the best ways to get these souls. To activate the battle, stand in front of the parade, and it'll suck you in the portal. I was finishing the battles with about 600+ souls instead of the 100 or so around town. Otherwise you just grind away to get them.

Self explanatory. Spirits are everywhere in the map from alley ways, to rooftops, to the underground. You can get a large number from finishing quests and defending containment cubes.
