There are only two Side Missions added for the school section, part of the Spider’s Thread Update (STU).
You must first cleanse the Kawado Building Rooftop Torii Gate on the top left side of the map, which becomes available in Chapter 4, in order to access the school.
You will then have the first mission in the school:
— Fear for the Children (approx. 20 minutes)
After you complete this, you’ll have access to:
— Fear for Them All (approx. 20 minutes)
After completing both, the achievement will unlock.

Fear for the Children is easily the best part of the game for me, so far. Well worth making a bee-line for.
