How to unlock the The Whole Truth achievement in Ghostwire: Tokyo - Definitive Guide

You need to get 17 voice recordings. They are not marked on the map, most often voice recorders/laptops can be found in telephone booths or in temples that need to be cleaned.

One recording is part of the main mission, while the other two are essential in the side missions.

The last voice recording can be found outside the city in the location related to chapter five.

Actually, the voice logs are marked on your map once you acquire them. Check the map filter for "activities."

Collecting all 17 voice logs isn't a particularly difficult or time-consuming task. Most you'll find right in front of you at payphones, while others can be found around shrine areas. If you see a discarded voice recorder or open laptop, grab it. You can keep track of your progress via the voice logs tab in the Database menu.

There are 17 entries in total. Audio files are in telephone booths, given in secondary missions (pay attention to the missions called “after the end”, of which there are 3), located in the sanctuary areas in the form of laptops, in K.K.’s apartment. The last 17th entry can be picked up in Chapter 5 outside the main map. After climbing the first and second steps, look at the area on the left side before the third steps.

Addition to the tip. The "After the End II" sidebar will appear only after you find oil and parts for the motorcycle in the story. IMPORTANT!!! Don't get on the bike until you've completed the After the End III side quest.
