Upon completion of Chapter one you return back outside the hospital, on your right, behind the flashing ambulance is a relic located on the bed of a pickup truck.

At the beginning of chapter two you will be tasked with cleansing your first Torii Gate. Once you have cleansed the gate, a shrine behind it will open. In the shrine directly in front of you will be 10 Katashiro. Turn to the left and you will see your first relic "Kagura Suzu".
