There are two new talismans as part of the Spider’s Thread Update (STU).
— Spirit Well Talisman: Spawns a well that release a continuous supply of ether for as long as it’s available.
— Updraft Talisman: Spawns a whirlwind that propels you up into the sky, to access hard to reach areas (like rooftops) faster.
You’ll be able to purchase them from any shop vendor that “sells arrows, consumables, and more” as stated in the game’s description. These are pretty much all convenience stores and shrine shops (cart icon, robe icon).

Good guide, but I was wondering if anyone had any trouble unlocking this in the main story mode? Other STU achievements unlocked for me fine, but I have purchased and used all of the talismans and still no achievement. Trying to figure out why.
Edit: For anyone else with this issue, I reloaded an earlier save file, reset my console, and repurchased the two talismans and it unlocked.
