How to unlock the Visiting Hours Are Over achievement in Ghostwire: Tokyo - Definitive Guide
The one I missed which I assume most did as well was the yellow and red short visitors that sound the alarm and spawn in help. You have to silently sneak up and quick purge them.

Forlorn (yellow raincoat) fast travel to Mikubo shrine and two are right around the corner.
Forsaken (red raincoat) fast travel to Tatsui Shrine and head East to the cemetery.
I found the easiest way to get them without them setting off alarms was to get up high and use quick purge.

For reference, there are 23 Visitor types and the earliest you can finish this achievement is chapter 6 (since this counts story bosses).
PowerPyx has a complete list of the different Visitor types:

That article includes additional locations for Forlorn and Forsaken Visitors as well.

My red babyling always respawned when I started the game and came to this place. He needs to be eliminated using stealth, just like the yellow one.

There may be a problem with children wearing yellow and red raincoats, because... I didn’t notice that they respawned over time + you need to kill them in stealth before they disappear. I saw two Reds during the whole game, one of them is here:
To get the trophy you need to complete the story, because... the final boss counts too.
