Ghostwire: Tokyo

By far the easiest way to get this achievement is during the "Wire In" ultimate ability tutorial. Which can be found at the very end of Chapter 2 during the mission "The Caves of Steel" (to rescue KK). Before entering the Hirokawa Shrine ensure you do a manual save, as you won't get an opportunity to do so after the cutscene. You'll then encounter a group of 7 low level visitors and be shown how to use the "Wire In" ultimate, which is activated by pushing in bother thumb sticks ( + ). This sends out a purple shockwave exposing the cores of any weaker visitors it hits. In the tutorial you'll only hit 2-3 visitors, you'll need to expose the cores of the others by hitting them with a few abilities - this is pretty simple as time is slowed down. Once you have 5 or more cores exposed hold to pull them out.

If you fail to get the achievement just revert back to the previous save or auto save. If you've past this point you'll still have access to the Wire In ability, you'll just need to find a suitable location to recreate the scenario with 5+ visitors.

I found another place except tutorial where u can easy to get this achievement:
Chapter 3 - side mission: A Stop in the Void.

Before you enter a train you will fight against 5 Visitors.
They respawn very close to each other.

1. Wait until all 5 Visitors appear
2. Use ultimate ability: "Wire In" and after they will fall to the ground
3. A shot at each Visitors will raise him to his feet and expose the core.
4. Before pulling out their cores you should see a rhombus on the body.
5. Once you see 5 rhombus pull them out!

In order to do this, you will need to have at least 5 Visitors with their cores exposed simultaneously. The best way to do this is either by using the Wire In ability to stun a group of Visitors and make them easier to expose, or by using Exposure Talismans. The best places to do this is either in the first encounter after unlocking the Wire In ability, during Hyakki Yako events, or during the final boss fight.
It is recommended that you have the Core Exposure – Duration Boost II ability to make them remain exposed for longer, as well as Core Grab – Speed Boost II to make it so you can grab it faster, to avoid potentially getting interrupted by any other enemies.

Right when you get wire in at the end of chapter 2, it’s more than enough enemies to do this just one tap everyone making sure to expose them without pressing left trigger; so you don’t accidentally pull the cores before you have 5 exposed.
Only took me 3 tries before I got it right I only needed level 1 core exposure and level 1 core grab which cost 10 skill points a piece.

So I missed this early on and I was having trouble getting it. But during chapter 4, after clearing a lot of the Tori gates, you will come across a side. Mission called fear for the children. And it requires you to purify another tori gate and then head to the school. Near the end of the mission on the fourth floor, there is a music room and once you read a paper on a shelf in the corner for students and a woman will appear giving you five total visitors in a tight room. Then you can quickly wire in and use the water attack to expose their Cores, and grab them all at once. And if you mess it up you can let one of them kill you and it should respawn you right before you read the note.

I found a group of at least 5 visitors near a corrupted tree while roaming around. After silently getting on a nearby roof it took 2 DECOY talisman to draw them in together and then an EXPOSURE talisman which hit them all at once.
