The meteor is a powerup card, you'll know when you've picked it up as the icon in your name bar is almost the same as the icon in the achievement tile. Press 
to use the meteor near an opponent and as soon as they're hit the achievement is yours. (Fires forwards)

The meteor pickup automatically goes straight for the closest enemy so this trophy will come quite easily, this pickup is somewhat rare compared to most but it will certainly come up naturally and more than likely relatively early.

The power up you need for this one is the meteor power up (the yellow power up). Once you get it, press the 
, and it will target the closest opponent to you. The achievement will unlock once it hits the opponent.
