This ones quite easy, you will need to pick up the purple power up of three owls, like the one in the achievement tile.
Once you have it and have an opponent near you press
3 times to drop 3 owls onto the ground, once someone hits into them the achievement is yours, I suggest them be near you so they don't have time to jump.
I was actually able to get this by hitting my own owl.

The owl pickup, drops 3 owls behind you which start to walk away from you. Simply use the attack while ahead of any other players or AI and they will more than likely run right into it.

You will need to use the owl power up (the purple power up) for this achievement. Once you get this power up, simply press 
to use it, and three owls will come out. If one of the owls hits an opponent, the achievement will unlock.
