How to unlock the Stunning Twirl achievement in Giana Sisters: Dream Runners - Definitive Guide
Noid
The supertwirl pickup shoots out more projectiles based on how close to how many opponents you are, and they seek out the nearest enemy. This can be somewhat random as the AI are relatively jumpy so some may miss but the pickup can get up to 8 projectiles so just keep using the attack whenever you pick it up and are near multiple enemies.

You need to get the twirl power up (the purple power up) for this achievement. One you get this power up, get close to an opponent and do a high jump. Use the power up, and twirl in the air for as long as you can (hold onto the 
so you keep twirling until you hit the ground). Projectiles will appear on the screen from doing this; if five or more appear to hit the opponent, the achievement will unlock.
