Can be completed in Couch Play. Select Battle and sign in with another controller. Make sure P1 is set to Gigaman and the map is set to Kimura District.
When the match starts, have P2 destroy all the buildings in the middle of the map. Now using Gigaman P1, eliminate P2. Achievement will unlock when the match is over.
