Select Couch Play and Battle.
Make sure all 4 Kaiju are set as CPU along with a different backround color for each (L stick to change). Press X to go to Stage Select. Go up to Match Settings and change HP to 1% and Life Stack to 1. Pick any map you like. DO NOT press A to skip the intro (cutscene). Now sit back and watch them fight for your achievement.
*This achievement has been known to be glitchy for some and not pop right away.

This worked for me when I left the Match Settings alone, played the full time and mode.

I tried this on my Series X (in the Insider program) with various settings, but all the same monster with different colors, none of which worked. Tried with my Series S (not in the Insider program) and changed all the CPU creatures to different types and it popped.
