kongkrete's passive activates when you stand still for a few seconds, when active it hides your player icon and health bar so you can blend into the map. you don't have to play on every map, only every biome, i will list the maps i played below.

Kimura District (City? biome)
City Ruins (Forest biome)

Luana Island (Island/Tropical biome)
