Select Couch Play, Battle, and sign in controller P2. Set map to Forsaken Temple.
There is a pink flower at the lower section of the map. Pick it up with P2. Stand like a duel facing each other.Tap B with P2 to throw it and pretty much instantly press B with P1 too. It will take a few tries to get a rhythm, but eventually your Kaiju will catch the flower.

That map was locked for me so did it on training ground with one of the smaller blocks.
