For this super grindy achievement you will have to reach level 50 with all 9 Giga.
The most time efficient way of doing this is to reach the final level (Eternal City) with each Giga then play that level on Endless mode till you reach level 50, obviously you will need to upgrade your Giga along the way.
I was getting between 1 and 2 million points in endless mode going up between 5 and 8 levels each time.

Don’t forget you can also equip a pet that gives extra experience (the pink orb) to help you along.
