The meteors are found on LOST ISLAND level and are rare.
They are 💛 shaped and brown and they fly across the screen from right to left quite fast compared to regular enemies.
I would suggest while going for levelling up all giga keep playing on lost island ENDLESS MODE as at some point 1 always turns up.
Once you destroy 10 meteors the achievement will unlock.

These specially pop up in Lost Island 2, from the part with the floating bulb enemies up until the pterodactyls show up. In case you want to hammer it out quicker than endless.
