It's not enough to win a round, or even 10 'games' - you have to win a match as per the rules which are highlighted when you hover before selecting your game type.
For example, in classic, you win a 'game' by getting 100 points. You only win the match by getting 500 points. It is clear when you have won a match by the fact you are given an option to "return to menu".
You can check your progress by going into the leaderboards for each game type. You need to have 10 wins registered on the leaderboards across the different game types for this achievement to pop.

How about adding that the fastest match type is "speed" because you only need 100 points to win the match

Easiest done on Speed Gin, but easy enough on any other mode. Just win 10 matches: not games or rounds or hands, but matches. Again, you can check this in the Player Statistics in Help & Options (though this tally will include any online wins you've had, which don't count towards this achievement). You'll get this while going for the "Rummy Master" and "Rummy Buff" achievements.
