This achievement simply requires that you use all three breakers to complete a Puzzle Mode level. This will likely be your first achievement. In one of the first levels, just be sure to use each of the three breakers at least once to complete a level.

From the main menu, under Play Now, choose Play Puzzle.
Under the Starters puzzles, choose the 5th level (Little Challenge).
Now, use each of the 3 breakers once following the picture below to complete the puzzle and earn your achievement:
