Here is the easiest way to get this achievement:
Play a feud. Wait for the other players (real or AI) to take their turns in the round. After they're done use your breaker to break the ice layer that covers the title that has a heart on it. As soon as the next round starts quickly use your breakers to break the heart tile. As long as you do this before any of your opponents have a chance to use their breakers to beat you to the tile you should get the achievement.

You need to break a tile that has a heart on it - it takes two hits, one to break the ice layer and then one to get the tile. Cheevo pops immediately.

This achievement requires that you earn a tile after breaking a Care Power tile. Care Power tiles have a heart on them and when broken will change to the color of the last place player (4th). So to earn this achievement, you need to be in last place, then break a Care Power tile (break it, not just the ice coating). The achievement will pop immediately.
