Just keep playing puzzle mode. I got this a little way into the second set of levels. You can get this one offline, so if the servers are acting up you can still work toward it.

This achievement requires that you break a cumulative total of 300 Puzzle tiles in Puzzle Mode. All of the white tiles you break on all replays of every level count toward this achievement. This will unlock early along your path to earning the 74 stars needed for the "Sapere Aude!" achievement.
