This Achievement is Pretty Easy and can be unlocked at Level 1!
You'll want to play the Hatchets Level 1 Card 'The Favourite' and use it to augment 5 Ranged Attacks during a Scenario. When you use it to augment an attack, it will be stuck in that attacks target until they die, and you'll need to loot the tile with the Hatchet to regain it for later use.
My best advice is to bring the Hatchet to Scenario 3 Inox Encampment from the Base Game, as there will always be plenty of enemies on the Map to target. ALWAYS use the Favourite when you have it, and whenever the enemy with the Favourite dies grab it as fast as possible.
Your Achievement should unlock after the Scenario is complete :>
