Gloomhaven

SPOILERS

There are a total of 17 Mercenaries in Gloomhaven, and you begin a Campaign with 6 Unlocked. You'll unlock more by completing Personal Quests aswell as by having your reputation Rise or Fall.

This Cheevo can be kinda grindy however you'll get it from a Campaign if you focus on your Personal Quests in each Scenario.

Below I will list each Unlockable Mercenary, their Personal Quests to Unlock, and I will say which PQ I believe to be easier.

Please remember you only need to do one of the Mercenaries Quests to unlock them in your Campaign.



BEAST TYRANT
FEARLESS STAND - Kill 20 Elite Monsters. (This is one of the easier PQs in the game and should not take too long as long as you let the Mercenary with it get the final blow on Elites)

TROPHY HUNT - Kill 20 different types of Monsters. (This one is Extremely Grindy, however is better to get early to avoid replaying scenarios)


BERSERKER
POUNDS OF FLESH - Kill 15 Vermlings. (This PQ is incredibly easy when you have access to the Jaws Scenarios and simply replaying the first two Jaws Scenarios will unlock you a Berserker rather quickly.)

ZEALOT OF THE BLOOD GOD - Become exhausted 12 Times. (Extremely easy, you can load up Scenarios and either run out of Cards or Take enough damage to die, then back out and repeat 12 times until it unlocks. If you're playing legit this can be pretty grindy but I think works really well on a low level Spellweaver)


DOOMSTALKER
GOLIATH TOPPLER - Complete 4 Boss Scenarios. (This is much better to get early to avoid replaying Scenarios, I do not know if you can replay the Same Scenario for this)

TAKE BACK THE TREES - Complete 3 Dagger Forest Scenarios.


ELEMENTALIST
ABERRANT SLAYER - Kill one Demon of Each Element (Does not include Chaos Demons from Jaws). (This one is not that bad but it can take a decent amount of time to unlock)

ELEMENTAL SAMPLES - Complete One Scenario in each of the games regions. (This is the only other PQ that I've never done. It is extremely grindy and I recommend going for Aberrant Slayer if Given the Option)


NIGHTSHROUD
THE FALL OF MAN - Complete 2 Scenarios in the Lingering Swamp (Then follow a side quest line)

THE THIN PLACES - Complete 6 Side Scenarios. (Extremely Easy and will unlock as long as you play through all scenarios you are able to pretty early)

REPUTATION -10 WILL UNLOCK THE NIGHTSHROUD


PLAGUEHERALD
THE PERFECT POISON - Kill 3 Lurkers, Oozes and Spitting Drakes. (This PQ isn't that bad but most of the enemies are mid game enemies and therefore this could take a decent amount of time to unlock.)

SEEKER OF XORN - Complete 3 Crypt Scenarios (Then do a couple side quests, I think this is one of the easiest PQuests in the game and I strongly recommend picking it to unlock your Plagueherald if Given the Option.)


QUARTERMASTER
GREED IS GOOD - Have 200 Gold in your Possession. (I think this is one of the easiest PQuests in the Game, so I strongly recommend picking this to unlock your Quartermaster if Given the Option)

MERCHANT CLASS - Own 13 items. (This one is a Pain and very grindy)


SAWBONES
A STUDY OF ANATOMY - Party Memebers become exhausted 15 times. (This one is an easier Personal Quest and can Combine with the Berserkers Zealot of the Blood God PQ to grind out in under an Hour.)

PIETY IN ALL THINGS - Donate 120 Gold to the Sanctuary of the Great Oak. (This is extremely easy as long as you loot enough Gold in each Scenario to be able to donate after the Scenario)


SOOTHSINGER
A HELPING HAND - Experience 2 other characters Achieving their Personal Quests. (This is extremely easy and simply requires the Mercenary to watch 2 OTHER Mercenaries Retire. Its as easy as your other PQs)

BATTLE LEGEND - Earn 15 Perk Checks. (Pretty easy just focus on your battle goals and you'll unlock one of the strongest classes in the game pretty early!)


SUMMONER
AUGMENTED ABILITIES - Purchase 4 Enhancements. (This isn't that bad as you WANT to be Enhancing your cards anyway. Just save up gold when you can and it'll be no issue)

ETERNAL WANDERER - Complete 15 different Scenarios. (A grind but easy, is better to get early in a playthrough)


SUNKEEPER (My favourite Class :) )
IMPLEMENT OF LIGHT - Find the Skull Bane Axe in the Necromancer's Sanctum. (This is one of the only PQs that I have never completed in all 6 of my Gloomhaven playthroughs)

LAW BRINGER - Kill 20 Bandits or Cultists. ( Another easier PQ, early game you'll fight a lot of both Bandits and Cultists and if you get this Late game you can Always go back and replay the beginning missions to grind this out)

REPUTATION 10 OR HIGHER WILL ALSO UNLOCK THE SUNKEEPER
