A piece of advice for the people that are not used to this kind of games.
Your first priority is to clear a path to the basic supplies you need in the level (Food, Wood, Stone, Crystals). Otherwise you will void your progress reaching a dead path and restarting again.
Second thing to do is use wisely your powerups, (e.g. Use the fast building when you are actually upgrading or creating new buildings, altars, etc).
Third thing, when the first star starts to blink you have 5 second left to finish the level, if you can't beat it in that time frame, restart and repeat learning what you did wrong and coming back again.
Last advice, if you click on the supplies in order to be queued the guys that tries to steal them from you will not be able to take them and you can save time and resources on the levels you don't need the firefighter house to complete it.

Don't be intimidated by this trophy. You have to earn 3 stars on all 49 levels but many of the levels are very easy to beat. In addition, time is not a issue on many of the levels, especially when you learn the ability to stop time. That makes the game even more easier. If you need help with anything, there are many videos on YouTube that shows the best way to get a 3 star rating on a certain level.
