Level 9 is the first time you can get this. Work your way to building up the firehouse on the right side of the map. You will need a fireman for when the Gremlin appears. Once it appears, hover the mouse directly of the gremlin and click on him. He will freeze until the fireman gets to him. Once he leave the map from where he came, the achievement will unlock.

If you don't get it on level 9 then level 18 is a really easy opportunity to get this because the gremlin keeps appearing constantly throughout the level.

In order to get rid of a Gremlin, you have to have a Fireman house built. Then when a Gremlin appears, have the fireman target that Gremlin and he'll honk the Gremlin away. The trophy pops when the Gremlin runs away from the Fireman. This trophy can be done anytime after the Gremlin first appears.
