Complete the tutorial in Go Mecha Ball
From the main menu, click play and select a character. CAT RASCAL is only available at the start. So select this character.
Head down the ramp straight ahead and go up through into the area marked TUTORIAL on the floor.
First you will do a small shooting tutorial and then move onto the ball tutorial. After this you will need to get a combo of 8 kills on the dummys. I wasn't too good at this initially until I started rolling around and pressing the RB & LB buttons.
The achievement unlocked when I finished the 8 combo.
