Go Mecha Ball

Like the card says, you have to have 1001 or more coins during a game. Make it easy on yourself by spending glitch coins on the Upgrade machine in the hub until you (hopefully sooner than later) unlock GREED. Once you get the greed upgrade in your armory, stop buying upgrades to not make the pool of options too large for when you earn a perk. This will double the amount of coins dropped, and just avoid getting hit to max out your multiplier while staying somewhat aggressive and you should easily get this in just a couple levels.

In order to avoid damage, I adopted the technique of living on the purple quarter pipes or the orange jump pads and dropping my spinning character directly onto enemies, then dashing into them with LT + RT. It's reeeally easy to do some major damage if you unlock the increased fall damage and increased collision damage abilities.
