Very simple. Let your health get taken down to almost zero, then find a little pink spider to delivwr the final blow. There will be plenty in the early levels, so it's not going to be a tough achievement to unlock.

I unlocked this during a wave, but I think first boss battle (vs Glitch Weaver) would be a good opportunity for this. After ~25% damage, it withdraws to spawn several totems / stones / whatever which themselves spawn tiny spiders.

Kill everything leaving 1 spider, this was a yellow spider my health was very high, so just don't touch your controller, the spider will keep damaging you only doing 1 points worth of damage but it will kill you eventually!
