In the western part of the starting area is a car garage. Grab any car and drive it into the garage and honk (cn_LS) and the car will lower into a secret garage, popping the achievement.

Should be close to the big gas station that you can blow up.

On the western edge of Fairmeadows Ranch, there is a little garage right behind the gas station. Drive a car into it (there was always at least one at the gas station right nearby) and press analog-left.png to honk your horn. You'll be lowered into a secret garage and this achievement will unlock.

We go to a gas station, where there is still a trophy with a dinosaur, we drive into the garage, from the road at the gas station, we honk and the trophy falls. (second screenshot, we drive straight to the end of the visible garage, and we drive into it)
