a throne will appear in front of and above you. Simply sit in the throne and the achievement will pop. I am unsure if I had to "Baa" for it to pop so just "Baa" for good measure.

I did the quest right before this where you change your size (tiny or huge) I think called Backyard Science. I was kind of worried it wouldn't work for some reason but I tried it anyway. Walked up to the throne and fell into it. Achievement popped and I made it rain gold goats in celebration, like a true queen.

When you reach B rank in the Goat Castle (refer to New Goat Order (15G) for doing so), redeeming your reward will build a throne at the top of the castle. Simply head up to the throne and jump on it to unlock this achievement.

At one point, after you've upgraded the goat's lair a few times, a throne will appear at the top of the stairs. Just jump on it and use ragdoll mode
