How to unlock the Into the Matrix achievement in Goat Simulator 3 - Definitive Guide

To make this super obvious, here are more pictures.
Find this area of the map. It's in the southeast, close to where you start the game;
Once here, look at the billboard and take the path to the right of the screen (not the path directly behind it that leads to the ramp).
You'll find a little Hobbit house up this path here;
Smash the door in (if it gets stuck, lick the door and pull towards you to release it) and inside you'll find the Purity Ring.
Once you pick that up, travel to Windtop. If you have explored the map already, you can simply teleport to the Goat Tower that is there, otherwise you'll have to run across the map.
Once here, locate the lava pit;
Finally, jump down into the pit where you'll see a long rock walkway heading inside.
Take that path, go inside then once there, throw yourself into the magma below. The achievement will pop once you do, although you'll find yourself on a certain platform from the wrong franchise.

Not that complicated. Achievement is won by completing the quest event clearly shown on the map titled Dilbo's Journey. That's it.

Lord of the Rings reference in Goat Simulator 3.
Essentially you need to get the 'one ring' from Dilbo's house in the starting area and bring it to the big lava pit in Mornwood. In the lava pit is a cave, just simply throw yourself into this games version of Mount Doom and you will be teleported to a black and white train station. Just run through the station to the other end of the platform and the achievement will pop and you will be back in the 'normal' world with this game's version of Sauron on your back.

Not sure how I can improve upon the solution from your comment. Picture shows the location of Dilbo's house where you can get the one ring and the location where you need to take it in Mornwood Falls. Unless I'm uploading a video or multiple pictures (both of which would make the solution less consise which is what I was trying to avoid) I'm not sure what would make it more clear.

Get the 'Purity ring' from Dilbo's house, go to the big lava pit in Mornwood, jump into the mount inferno while wearing the ring

This achievement requires you to first find the hobbit house in Fairmeadow Ranch. Location shown in the screenshot below. Headbutt the door down to get inside and grab the ring inside (piece of gear).
Now take the ring (you can fast travel to the nearby tower) to the lava section (aka Mount Doom) in the center of the map. Screenshot below. There's a cave entrance in the lava. Head inside and jump into the lava below while wearing the ring. This will teleport you to the trainstation and unlock this achievement. Head straight ahead into the light to leave.
