You need 15 Illuminati to reach rank 'Private Club' (Rank D)
Synchronise all goat castles (+2 each castle)
But before you do that go to the garden, pick up some fertiliser and complete the event.
(The event will give you 3 Illuminati)
Then once you complete the event and synchronised all the goat castles, go to the nearest goat castle to you and claim your reward.
