Goat Simulator 3

Pretty straightforward achievement once you know where to find this one.

Travel to the goat tower located just above the school yard in ‘Goatroit’. You may have to travel here on foot if you haven’t already done so to reveal the area. From the tower, face in the west direction and look over the edge of the building to find two spinning blades below. Drop down and locate a vent behind you against the wall and enter. Drop down from the vent and bust open the door. You will now find yourself in the Dr Pilgor studio. Walk forward and stand yourself on the bundles of hay with the red/white cloth. Goat people will begin to fall onto the couch nearby where you will be prompted to press to solve their issues. Continue to respond to each of their issues until the achievement pops.

Note: It is important to know that the quest itself will complete long before the achievement pop, so just continue to ‘Baa’ at the patients as they fall until your achievement unlocks. Thanks to I ASK NO ONE for highlighting this.
