I did this despite having scared off the party. The achievement unlocked as soon as the boulder hit the area where the party should have been.

Will do a step list for achieving this achievement:
• From your spawn-point goto where there people holding some kinda protest/election
• It easier to get the achievement if you use the double jump and angel goat mutator. (To get the angel goat mutator, just do nothing for 5 minutes and it will give you achievement also.)
• From Protest/Election find BBQ party, people dancing and other stuff
• From the party find a hill
• Go up the hill and you find a big boulder
•
(headbutt) the boulder down the hill• When is rolled down the hill the achievement is yours

For the Boulder of Death achievement jump over the fence in front of your spawn point and turn right, cross the street and you see a red house. In the garden are some people which give a party. Go forward up to hill and you see a huge stone, headbutt the stone and the stone rolled down the hill into the Party.
After that you can obtain the next achievement which required the stone.

Lick the stone and cross the street again and head to the field. Here you see a circle raceway. Put the stone on the lane so that the car hits the stone.

Head over to the red house where there are people having a party,
On the hill there is a boulder,
Go behind it and hit it so the boulder rolls down and knocks over the party table.

It's in the backyard of a house where the people are grilling out in the backyard. You'll notice a pathway on the hill behind the party. Follow it until you see the boulder at the top. Simply walk into it to cause it to crash down the hill and ruin the party.

Just head in the same direction where the people are having a BBQ, you will find it easily using the video provided. You will find the big boulder at the top of the hill behind the people having the BBQ, just go behind the boulder and hit it with the
button and this is like your ramming attack, i gave it a 2nd whack with the button just to give it some momentum and as soon as it hits the guy at the BBQ the trophy popped for me but as usual for some reason Share Factory will not show trophies popping but i did get it. If it doesn't work first time just hit the options button to open the menu and press restart and try again and it should work no problem, i got it first time so yeah just follow the video and you should get this in a matter of minutes.

This is attainable in Goat Ville.
Starting from the spawn point with the house behind you, head forward over the fence and to the right, cross the street and you will find a red house with people outside having a barbecue around a blue canopy. Continue up the hill along the path and you will find a large boulder. Position yourself behind the boulder and headbutt it towards the party. If it hits the party with enough force, the message "PARTY CRASHER!" will appear on screen and the achievement will unlock. If not, just keep headbutting it until it does enough damage for the message to appear.
