tried this with a cop and it either didn't work or I messed it up, but to be safe I would grab an actual NPC (with a name)!

I would make a note to watch out for any nearby vehicles as well. They can push your intended victim off the tracks.

If youre looking for this achievement I got it second try. My tip is to get like 5 NPC's tied up on the track, have one licked for extra safety and it should pop

Additional note: I found I had to stand very close to the NPC on the track for the achievement to register. I tried several times watching from a distance with no luck.

For this achievement you need to hogtie an NPC and put him on the tracks and wait for the train to crush him. In order to hog tie an NPC you need to get the mutator first and you get that by finding ten different trophies. I will leave my video on where to find 20 trophies below as it is easier using video than explaining where to find 10.

Once you have the mutator equipt stand next to an NPC, then press y to release a cable tie. Your NPC will now be hog tied and you can now lick the NPC to take him to the track then once placed on the track wait a few mins and he/she will be hit and your achievement will pop.

In order to unlock this achievement, you will first need the ‘Hogtie’ mutator which is unlocked upon collecting 10 golden heart trophies (refer to “The Big Score” for more information).

Once you have the mutator and it is equipped, walk up to any NPC and press Y to throw a cable tie around the NPC. Then press to lick them and make your way over to the railroad tracks. Position the NPC in the center of the rails and press to release them.

The train shows up randomly, so just wait next to the tracks until it shows up. Once it runs over the NPC, the achievement will unlock.
