From the start area if you turn towards the city, so facing the BAAA machine in the start area there will be an arch at the entrance. Go through the arch and straight to the road ahead. When you get to the road follow it to the left. At the gas station go straight ahead towards the red and blue balloon. On the corner across from the balloon is a bank being robbed by the Payday guys. Outside the bank, on the corner will be a couple of guys standing very near to another BAAA machine. When you approach them it will tell you that you can pay them to hear a song. Do so and just wait and listen to the awful racket. After about 2 minutes your achievement will pop.

For this achievement, you need to pay a flute band to sing a song for you. The band is located next to the bank which is also next to the big hot air balloon in the north-west side of the map. all you need is 10 coins and they will play their song, stay next to them until the song finishes and your achievement will pop.

Outside of the Harvest & Trustee Bank (near the hot air balloon), there are 2-4 NPCs wearing hats standing around a boombox. Walk up to them and press to “donate” $10 to listen to them. They will start dancing when the music starts and after about 20 seconds, the achievement will unlock.

We fly to the place where 4 Mexicans are standing and listen to the terrible cacaphony. The people are playing out of place, it’s just terrible)
