For this achievement all you need to do is head butt the golden wheel found down the cave. The cave can be found by following the map towards old goat mountain but when you get to the beach instead of turning right go left. Follow the path round till you get to the big cave where you turn right to go deeper into it. Eventually you will find a golden wheel that if you head butt your achievement will unlock.

achievement not popping out !

I have the same issue. Popped the mutator but no achievement. Last one I need for this dlc too.

EDIT** I just popped it. Had the mutator turned off, respawned, ran up to the wheel and licked it again. It popped properly now.

I know it's been years now, but I'd like to know if you did get the achievement to pop.
I have the same problem with the "mermaid goat" and "old goat" achievements. I met the requirements and unlocked the mutators, but the achievements didn't unlock.
I don't want to delete my whole savefile jsut to try it again.

I had problems unlocking this achievement on Steam even though I got the mutator easily on console. To get the Wheel Goat mutator, all you have to do is knock over the golden wheel deep in Bullgrurzh. However, on the Steam version, there seems to be a small glitch. You have to make sure you have unlocked the Anti-Gravity Goat mutator first.

So go to Old Goat Mountain first; climb up the tall tower using a combination of the lava pits, Double Jump mutator , and Angel Goat mutator; run through the purple ball at the top; and then go to Bullgrurzh to unlock the Wheel Goat.

Head towards Glarblargle Beach. As you approach the beach, veer to the left and behind a small wooden structure is a path that leads into a covered area. Just ahead of you will be a gold hammer and anvil. From there, walk right and continue down the corridor. When it opens up you will be in a room with a gold wheel. Jump up and press to headbutt the wheel and the achievement will unlock.
